Art and training in harmony?

This is not a contradiction – on the contrary.

At 1m² KunstAusBildung, the focus is on the creative use of materials and products in daily work. This gives our trainees a completely new perspective on their multifaceted training occupation.

Our trainees spent many weeks working on their artwork, giving the materials and products of our company a completely new purpose. They developed, tried out, discarded, restarted and tested….. Until the project “Metal in BESTFORM” – the “Tillmännchen” – was created.

Using production scrap, the trainees (see below for those involved) from Tillmann Profil created a “Tillmännchen” from profiles that reflects the diversity of the product range. The head of the sculpture shows pictures of the production process and the body is adorned with the characteristic “T” of the Tillmann Group. Another creative head of the Tillmann Group has been created.
