Then become a tool mechanic / specializing in punching and forming technology at Tillmann Profil and help to manufacture the punching tools and bending devices for our production by working precisely to ensure a smooth production process.
Your training
You will spend your 3.5-year apprenticeship in the joint training workshop and the vocational school, where you will be taught the basic theoretical knowledge for your work in the company.
In the company, you will process metals by drilling or milling, for example. You will use measuring and testing equipment to check the dimensional accuracy of workpieces. In addition to traditional manual machining methods, you will also use CNC-controlled machine tools. You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of damaged and worn tools.

What can you expect?
Machine and system operators are responsible for setting up, setting up and operating the roll forming machines in our company. Your tasks include setting up the punching tools in the board presses, programming the pre-punching press and setting the hole patterns according to technical drawings and technical documentation.
