Successful career launch fair for Kirchhoff & Lehr GmbH!

This year’s Karrierestart ended with a record number of visitors – 40,000 visitors came to find out about training in various professions and sectors. It was also successful for Kirchhoff & Lehr – from zero to 100, our teams managed to make over 140 contacts with pupils, retrainees and jobseekers over the three days of the fair! From this large number of contacts, the first applications were already received at the start of the week.

Kirchhoff & Lehr also needs new recruits for mechatronics technicians, tool mechanics, industrial mechanics, metal technology specialists, machine and plant operators – and who better to make contacts than our own trainees, supported by experienced employees from all areas, who were able to give the young people and all interested parties an understanding of roll forming metal and manufacturing profiles. In addition to the mobile roll forming machine, workpieces that were produced during training at Kirchhoff & Lehr were also on display.

This concept was a complete success at our first trade fair of this kind and we are looking forward to welcoming our new trainees and future employees!
