Tillmann Profil introduces employee app!

Tillmann Profil has recently introduced an employee app! Employees can now communicate with each other from anywhere, access their shift schedules, form car pools or receive other important information from the company directly on their cell phones. The posts provided there can also be commented on and push messages can be sent to the cell phone when new posts go online.

“We have always been looking for ways to get information to our employees quickly and easily,” says Melanie Brüss from the HR department, “so we can now breathe new life into our internal communication.” Managing Director Ekkehard Böhm is also delighted with this innovation: “The demand for up-to-date information has been particularly high recently, when staff meetings were not possible. With the app, we can now meet this demand in the best possible way.” The individual departments should also regularly think about what creative input can be added to the app.
