23.01. – 25 January 2026 | Career Start Dresden – Kirchhoff & Lehr will be there!

Karriere Start takes place every year in Dresden and is Saxony’s largest trade fair for education and careers. We at Kirchhoff & Lehr GmbH will also be exhibiting again in 2026.

On site, we use our mobile profiling machine to demonstrate what we manufacture and what our work looks like in practice. Our employees report on their everyday work, talk about daily challenges and provide insights into the varied work at Kirchhoff & Lehr.

We focus particularly on trainees, who can bombard us with questions and find out about the following apprenticeships:

  • Mechatronics engineer (m/f/d)
  • Tool mechanic (m/f/d)
  • Industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
  • Metal technology specialist (m/f/d)
  • Machine and plant operator (m/f/d)

With over 40,000 visitors in 2025, the trade fair underscores its great importance and appeal.
