Our Arnsdorf site at the Career Start Fair 2026

The 2026 Career Start Fair once again attracted a very large number of visitors and provided young people and those starting their careers with an ideal platform for career guidance. Our Arnsdorf site was also represented at the event and considers the outcome to have been thoroughly positive.

During the three-day fair, the team had the opportunity to hold numerous discussions with interested school pupils, people retraining for a new career and jobseekers – a valuable exchange about career prospects and insights into the work at the Arnsdorf site.

The focus of our trade fair presentation was on recruiting young people for technical apprenticeships, including mechatronics technicians, toolmakers, industrial mechanics, metalworking specialists, and machine and plant operators. Supported by experienced staff, our trainees gave a clear demonstration of the processes involved in roll forming metal and the manufacture of profiles. The display was complemented by the mobile profiling machine and training workpieces from our own workshop.

The trade fair appearance once again highlighted the value of face-to-face interaction and the importance of practical insights. The Arnsdorf site looks forward to welcoming committed trainees and new employees in the future.
