Variety in the cooking pot – Electronic cookbook at Tillmann Profil

To mark Diversity Day last week, the company Tillmann Profil invited its employeesfrom over 13 different countries were invited to submit their favorite dishes from their home country. With the employee app, which was introduced last year, the company can communicate with all its employees communicate from any location – whether working from home or in production. The call to submit your favorite recipe also took place via this channel:

“We can’t replace face-to-face meetings, conversations and celebrations at the moment, but we thought we could bring internationality into your cooking pot at home. Restaurants are closed and cooking boxes are experiencing an upswing, many people are running out of creativity for their shopping lists and suitable recipes. We promise – we’ll bring variety back into your cooking pot.”

The compilation of the recipes in a digital Tillmann cookbook is intended to reflect the diversity within the company. Whether it’s German potato salad, Syrian hummus or a dish that perhaps nobody knows yet – with the cookbook, Tillmann Profil employees can bring internationality into their own kitchens and cook their favorite dish. This brings the employees even closer together – even if they are sometimes unable to see each other in person.
